WHO AM I?!
“I was born in South Africa and moved to Australia when I was 10. I finished my Bachelors degree in Exercise sports science and have been working in the fitness industry for 4 years now. I used to manage another boxing gym similar to 9Round before moving down here. I got married when I was 21 and have been enjoying every minute of it!

I love that everybody that comes in always has a smile on their face, even through some of the exercises I give them to make it harder. The community we have here is amazing!

Kyle Schippers, Zimbabwean 🇿🇼 born, and farm raised. Lived in the UK for about 18 years, before eventually coming to Australia in mid-2023 with my wife, which was a long-time dream. I love my dogs, rugby and visiting new places. I am pretty competitive and enjoy games of most kinds, functional training and relaxing in front of an epic movie.🍿🍿

The integration of functional fitness and boxing movements into a bootcamp type class, different but still a good solid workout, calories burned 🔥. The differentiation and new skills keep things interesting.

Who Am I?
My name is Leanne. I’m a new trainer at 9 Round.
I’ve always enjoyed the boxing style of training.
I have experience with Olympic weightlifting and love playing tennis and golf. ⛳️ 🎾
The last few years I accidentally got into trail running and marathons. I really enjoy helping people
to achieve their goals as a trainer and nutrition coach.

Definitely the awesome people and that it’s a completely different workout every time you come in. 🫶🫶

Tips for Getting Through It.
Take full advantage of the rest breaks between stations so you can keep the intensity up. 😴

Who Am I?
Hey team!! My name is Rory, and I am a 2nd year uni student, studying sport and exercise science at Murdoch along with nearly having completed my certificate 4 for personal training.
Currently kept pretty busy with my studies, work and my role as the strength and conditioning coach for the men’s and women’s NBL1 Mandurah Magic teams.
In my free time I loveeee to get a good pump in the gym as much as possible and go out for food and drinks with the crew, so if you’re at home bored, hmu you’ve got first round XD

I love the combination of lifting and boxing, for me it really challenges all the muscles in various ways, always leaving workout with all kinds of soreness and sweat. 💪🏽

Who Am I?
I am an ex-professional swimmer and amateur bodybuilder. Fitness has been apart of my life since I was young, also pushing my body to be better and look better. This is what led me to study Fitness and personal training. This is something that has always been a passion of mine and I am here to share that with others. 💪
